Megaformer™ 101
The Megaformer™ is 10 feet long and 4 feet wide and features a rolling carriage between two stationary platforms at either end. You use a system of springs and pulleys (and your body weight!) to create a level of resistance that’s safe on your joints and back.
Plus, the Megaformer™ has a number of different handlebar variations and cables, so you are able to perform a wide variety of exercises, move variations, and modifications to fit your individual fitness levels and history of injury.
